Digital Marketing Manager

Job description


The Digital Marketing Manager is a motivated, experienced digital marketer responsible for supporting multiple digital marketing projects and partnering with partners. This is accomplished through a understanding of best digital marketing practices and presenting insights that drive actionable recommendations and growth. The Digital Marketing Manager should feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage external and internal relationships. The Digital Marketing Manager will help shape Avon's data-driven approach and accelerate the digital marketing landscape.

The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and will be a lead member of the Digital Marketing Team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive acquisition and top-line business growth through paid social, display, video, and all digital marketing channels
  • Partner with media agencies to ensure our goals are met and follow compliance and best practices
  • Create end-to-end omni-channel campaigns, from briefing, tracking, measuring, and attributing integrated campaigns
  • Provide ongoing reporting and analysis to digital and marketing teams
  • Build A/B and multi-variant test plans across all digital marketing channels to establish continual optimization opportunities in execution while analyzing and reporting results to provide further recommendations
  • Develop strategies to optimize channel-specific performance through marketing automation by working closely with our in-house digital leads of our CRM, Automation and Tech efforts
  • Provide on-site SEO support and further analysis to optimize for potential visibility and revenue
  • Research and keep up-to-date on digital, social and beauty trends

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5+ Years of Digital Marketing Experience
  • Proficiency in using automation platforms to optimize journeys and convert visitors to customers or representatives
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Vendor/Agency Relationship Management
  • Proficient in Google Suite tools such as analytics, tag and campaign manager
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Copy-editing skills
  • Experience in paid media strategies like Affiliate, Display, SEM/SEO and Social Media campaigns
  • Motivated by content marketing opportunities in effort to support overall digital marketing efforts
