The client is looking for a few candidates to temporarily work at our IT Service Desk. We are looking for individuals who have a minimum of 6 months of experience working at a call center. These employees will take phone calls, create, and route tickets to the correct departments and assist in managing the Service Desk email account.
We are looking at a three-month temporary role and at the end of that, there would be potential to be considered for a full-time permanent role after evaluation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- 6 months of call center experience
- Great customer service
- Must report in regularly but would be eligible for a hybrid schedule after training – Topeka location
- Must be able to pass a standard KBI background check
IT Service Desk
